The Stained Glass Hosta makes an exciting addition to any space with its large, colorful leaves! In summer, you can expect fragrant purple flowers to bloom, adding even more color and shape to this unique plant.
The combination of greens and golds on these leaves creates a stunning effect! It adds dimension and shapes anywhere it’s planted, especially when it sprouts cascading flowers in the warmer months.
This easy-to-grow variety does best in shaded areas, but it’s also tolerant to hot temperatures. You can plant in containers, borders, or as mass plantings! Its manageable size makes it perfect for most places.
While similar plants would fade, the Stained Glass Hosta gives off vibrant color in shady spaces or areas of partial sunlight! This plant will make the neighbors green (and gold) with envy!

Planting
Ensure you plant your Stained Glass Hosta in mostly shade (partial sun also works) and choose a space with well-drained soil.
Dig a hole large enough to accommodate your plant's root ball, place your plant and backfill the surrounding soil.
For container planting, select a pot that's about twice the width of your plant's root ball, place your Hosta, and backfill with organic soil mix.
Watering
Water your Hosta after planting. Natural rainfall will take care of the rest.
