Coral Drift Roses have become very popular in the last few years.
Sometimes, Knockout Roses would get too large for the bed that they were planted in. The Coral Drift rose is a perfect rose bush for planting around a house or smaller bed. They don't grow as large as Knockout Roses.
If you are looking for a maintenance free rose, Drift Roses are a great choice. They do not need to be pruned and are disease resistant. A high grade, slow release fertilizer in spring will keep your roses blooming throughout the year.
Ideal sunlight is 8 hours a day. Drift roses will bloom from spring through the first frost. Expect a mature growth of just 1.5 feet tall and up to 2 feet wide.

When Do These Drift Roses Bloom?
Spring bloom for the Coral Drift Rose is in April and fall bloom is in October.
How Big Does This Shrub Get?
24-36 inches in height with a 24-48 inch spread. Space 3 feet apart to accomodate a 3-4 foot spread.

Coral Drift® Rose Care
Drift Roses are so easy to care for. Basically just plant, water, and thats it!
At the time of planting, water your drift rose daily for at least 1 week with a hose. Make sure that the root ball is throughly saturated so that it does not dry out. If you have an sprinkler system, we still recommend hand watering just to ensure success.
We suggest a quality slow release fertilizer to mix in or sprinkler around each drift rose. The slow release fertilizer will ensure your drift rose will be covered in blooms! Fertilize 2 times a year. Once in the spring, and again in the summer.
Right before spring, you can prune your drift rose. Its not required but it will help maintain vigor and strength as well as encourage better blooming. We recommend pruning back, about 1/2 size. Drift Roses are really easy and just a pleasure to add to your landscape.
